2. Order Process
- Orders begin production only after payment confirmation.
- Production time is 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
3. Pricing
- Prices are listed in the currency of your shopping platform.
- Customs duties and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the buyer.
4. Shipping
- Orders are shipped from India with full tracking.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the courier.
5. No Refunds / No Exchange
Due to the custom, handcrafted nature of our rugs:
- Refunds are not accepted
- Exchanges are not available
- Order cancellations are not permitted once production has begun
This ensures fairness to our artisans, who begin crafting your rug immediately after purchase.
6. Damage During Transit
If an item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product
- We will assist with a resolution based on courier policies
